Parties
These general contract conditions only cover the sales contracts stipulated between consumers, these being natural persons not acting for business or professional purposes, and Frantoio Bianco S.a.s., with registered office in Paese (CITTA), Via Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx, Tax Code and VAT no XXX.
Conclusion of the contract and acceptance of the general contract conditions
The sales contracts for the products on the website “shop.nomecliente.it” are considered as closed as soon as Frantoio Bianco S.a.s.
receives the payment made by the consumer.
Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. will promptly send the consumer the receipt for the purchase order they have made.
The consumer, having made their purchase order electronically, confirms that they have seen and accepted these general contract conditions and are obliged to adhere to and respect them within their relationship with Frantoio Bianco S.a.s.
Within no more than 7 working days, the seller must have accepted and confirmed the order, according to the product’s availability and price.
Consumer obligations
Before submitting their purchase order, the consumer must carefully read these general contract conditions. Submission of their purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions. Finally, once the online purchase has been made, the consumer must print and keep these general contract conditions which they will have already viewed and accepted when agreeing to the contract.
Purchase method
The consumer purchases the product, whose features are viewable online in the relevant product descriptions, for the indicated price, to which the delivery charges described on the website are added.

Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each chosen product, the total cost in cases of purchasing more than one product, and relevant delivery fees are summarised.
Once the consumer has placed the order, Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. will send them a confirmation email attesting that they have received the purchase order. This email will contain information about the main features of the purchased item, a detailed breakdown of its price, delivery fees, applicable tax and payment methods. It will also contain a link to the general contract conditions, as well as to the information regarding cancellation rights and the conditions and methods for carrying it out, which is viewable on the website. “Following the approval of Decree Law no. 223 of 4th July 2006” “bis-measure” “Article 37, paragraphs 8 and 9, ratified by Law 248 of 4th August 2006, which came into force on 12th August 2006, the obligation to create a list of customers and suppliers has been relaunched”, this therefore implies an essential requirement to ask customers who require an invoice (rather than a simple receipt) to enter their VAT NUMBER and TAX CODE in the appropriate fields on the website.
Payment methods
The consumer can make their payment by choosing one of the following methods listed below.
Payment with PayPal or credit card
By selecting the PayPal payment method, the customer will be redirected to a PayPal webpage where they must insert their email address and password and carry out the payment directly, using their PayPal account. Their financial details will not be shared with Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. but will be dealt with by PayPal directly. If the order should be cancelled or if Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. should not accept it, the amount will be repaid to the customer’s PayPal account. Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. will not be held responsible for delays and or/damages entailed during the repayment.
Payment for goods by credit card may only be carried out with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and only by the credit card owner/holder.
Payments can be made with Poste Pay cards, as they are a part of the Visa network.
It is the sole responsibility of credit card companies to check that payment information given by the consumer is correct.
Payment via bank transfer
The customer can make orders on shop.nomecliente.it and pay in advance with no added fees and in complete safety. All they need to do is make a bank transfer directly to our bank account, using the following bank details:

If the payment is carried out via bank transfer, the purchased item will be sent to the address given by the consumer upon receiving of payment.
After carrying out the bank transfer, send the payment receipt together with your order number via email to: nomecliente@gmail.com
Terms of delivery
The purchased item, together with the relevant invoice, will be delivered via courier and is subject to the payment being successful. Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. has chosen DHL Express for its delivery services, one of the main express couriers which offers On Demand Delivery services, allowing the recipient to manage the delivery of their order independently: the recipient receives information regarding the estimated delivery date via email or SMS – and they can change the date and place of delivery or collect items and documents at any DHL point. The item will be delivered within 10-15 working days from the receipt of the order or, if the consumer has chosen to pay via bank transfer, from receipt of payment. From the moment the item is handed over to the Courier at its warehouse, the Shop.nomecliente.it S.a.s. brand is in no way responsible for the order delivery.
The consumer can choose from one of the following options.
a) Home delivery
The item is delivered to the address provided by the consumer. The Products will only be delivered to an adult individual present at the address given by the Customer when placing their Order. The consumer will need to communicate any specific requirements in advance to Frantoio Bianco S.a.s.
IMPORTANT: in order to ensure a fast and safe delivery, you must be as precise as possible when giving the delivery address. It is therefore important that you provide the address complete with any useful information, for example staircase, apartment number, doorphone name etc… you must also always indicate a phone number by which the Courier can contact you before the delivery if necessary. The Shop.nomecliente.it, brand of Frantoio Bianco S.a.s., is not responsible for any delays and/or missed deliveries caused by addresses that are incomplete or not properly provided during the order. Any delays will not entitle the purchaser in any way to claim for any kind of damages. Regardless, we remain at your complete disposal to resolve any issues you may have with the courier.
b) Collection at the warehouse
The consumer can pick up the purchased items at Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. warehouses.
In all cases, upon the Products being delivered by the courier, the Customer must check that the package delivered to them is not damaged or missing any parts and that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document. The Customer is aware that if a package has been altered they must refuse the delivery, indicating “Tampered package”. If the package is not complete or if the number of packages does not correspond to the order, this must be immediately indicated on the “subject to checks” form written on the courier’s proof of delivery document, failing which they forfeit the right to raise subsequent disputes in relation to the accuracy, entirety and completeness of the delivered package.
Delivery fees
- Italy: deliveries in Italy fall under 4 fixed fees: 7.5 euros including VAT (up to 3 kg), 12.00 euros including VAT (up to 10 kg),16.00 euros including VAT (from 10.1 to 20 kg), 19.00 euros including VAT (from 20.1 to 30 kg). For over 30 kg, the sum is automatically updated based on the package’s weight.
- EU countries: for EU countries, the transport fees are calculated the moment the order is placed. Transport fees vary depending on the weight and volume of the package and the country of delivery.
- Non-EU countries: delivery fees for non EU-countries will be calculated when the order is being placed. Transport fees vary depending on the weight and volume of the package and the country of delivery. The prices do not include duty or customs charges, which must be completely covered by the customer and will be requested directly by the shipper upon the item being delivered/collected.
Unavailable products
If the requested item is temporarily unavailable, it is the responsibility of Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. to inform the customer of when it will be newly available in good time.
If the website shows that the available quantity of a product is lower than the quantity required by the customer (since access to and the possibility of placing online orders changes the product’s availability in real time), please contact the Company via email using the address nomecliente@gmail.com or call us on our telephone number +39 0183 279760.
Right to cancellation
Customers may exercise their right to cancellation (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no 206/2005 and subsequent updates) by informing the Shop.nomecliente.it, brand of Frantoio Bianco S.a.s., of their wish to no longer keep one or more of the purchased items, requesting a refund or an exchange for a different item, if desired.
Customers must communicate their wish to cancel within and no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from when they received the items, and must confirm within 48 hours via a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or certified email, through and only by means of filling out every section of the relevant RMA form, downloadable at the bottom of the page, and by sending it via one of the following methods:

At this point the purchaser can send the items to be returned by courier to the following address: Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. Via Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx, 18027 Paese (CITTA), Italy. The transport fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
To be able to take advantage of the right to cancellation, the product must be returned in the same condition it was received, therefore complete with any packaging, seals, labels and various accessories that were supplied with it. If any of the above should not be intact or be missing, we reserve the right to charge the buyer a penalty based on the product price. For more information on return policies, refer to the “Returns” section.
If the Customer has carried out the cancellation according to the terms and methods described above, the Company must refund, to the credit card used for payment, through PayPal or by bank transfer, the sum which has already been paid by the same Customer as soon as possible or within the maximum timeframe of fourteen (14) days from the date when they received the product.
Returns
The customer’s wish or need to request a return must in all cases be communicated in writing to the Shop.nomecliente.it, brand of Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. In order to hasten the processing of requests, we prefer you to use the convenient Return Request Form at the bottom of the page. The customer will very shortly receive a response with an acceptance or refusal, based on the circumstances, together with clear instructions for carrying out the return. No return will be accepted if it has not been previously authorised in writing by the Shop.nomecliente.it, brand of Frantoio Bianco S.a.s.
Processing of personal data - privacy:
The Customer has been informed and has viewed the information on the processing of personal data, by clicking the “Privacy policy” link. The Customer understands that the information contained in the document referred to above makes up an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions, meaning that upon sending the Order they are fully familiar with and accept them.
Safeguarding minors Anyone younger than 18 years old who is not supervised by an adult relative is not authorised to place an order using the online form.
Complaints
For any reports, complaints or information requests you can contact Frantoio Bianco S.a.s. directly, citing the Order Reference number given in the order confirmation which will have been sent via email and written on the invoice document. We also inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for alternative non-judicial dispute resolution, which you can access via the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
